ouch!

OK so I was feeling good enough to ride, so we went out and rode medicine bow and vedauwoo. We were just about finished and Justin took a spill and broke his poor little arm. Surgery scheduled for Friday. Notice the hand is not lined up with the arm, pretty gross. Will post more photos later, of the ride.

Well Justin was being a little girl because his swelling in his arm was interfering with his nerves and he had to have emergency surgery on Tuesday night, he's all fixed up and he's good now.

Trip cut short, due to injury. We went up to Keystone and trails were sweet. On the second run we headed down cowboy up, if you are familiar you will know what I am talking about. Afer the step down drops there is a huge rock garden with large boulders, I was bombing down and took a hard crash. I laid there suffering in pain ,the air was knocked out of me, I could not breathe. Three other cyclists went by me and did not even stop to help out, thanks guys. I am heading heading home early , as soon as I feel well enough to drive home. I got some hip, shoulder, back , and some major rib issues.

MOAB BABY! Maybe?

Got here in Wyo, and the weather is very wet. We got to thinking after Keystone on Sunday if it's ridable, head down and do slickrock and porcupine rim. I don't know we'll see what happens.

Out of here!

I have decided Friday I am out of here. I am leaving for a week long adventure for nothing other than to ride my bike. I will meet up with my brother and cousin on Sunday for keystone everything after is kind of fly by the seat of your pants. Maybe winter park or check out new stuff in Wyoming. I can't wait.

Back from Medicine bow!

My Bro and I hit a Trail called barber lake in Medicine bow mountains near Laramie. We were going to try some other trails also, but instead we hit this one 3 times. It is top notch downhill! There is sick Rock gardens, roots and fast single track and best of all it's all down hill FAST!!! If you ever get the chance don't pass this one by it is too fun!

Shuttle

My Sgt. called me and told me the Space Shuttle was at Offutt AFB, so we went and checked it out.

Sunday

Today I went up to Swanson to check out the activities. It looked like everyone was having fun. I'm not much of a racer so I went up to Lewis and Clark. The trail was fast, I love L&C, there was no traffic on the trail other than I.

Next week I will be headin up to Laramie, Wyoming. I will be riding turtle rock trail and hopefully Libby Flats up in Medicine Bow NF.
