found this online, looks like somebody's homework but I thought it was pretty cool.

Contrary to docs orders I got back on the bike today for the first time in a couple of weeks. Man, it's hard not riding your bike, kind of makes a guy a little grouchy.

Anyway, it was a nice ride, only one lap around Swanson. I didn't want to push it, it was a little painful, but it's more painful sitting on my ass at home.

What the FFFF?

Well I've been off the bike lately. I have a messed up ribcage, to be more specific, Costochondritis (slipped Rib). Doc says 4-8 weeks of unrelenting pain. So I guess I will sit here on my ass and think of all of you guys out on your bikes!
